Social Panic, Street Riots, and a Political Crisis–Part Two

by Kevin D. Freeman on June 12, 2020

In part one, I provided analysis of what was happening in the streets. Since then, we have had an “autonomous zone” formed in Seattle. This name is not chosen at random. It is straight out of the communist game plan for revolution. In fact, Glenn Beck did a terrific show on this, holding up an old KGB multi-step plan to take a nation without firing a shot. This was a recap of the process used to take over Czechoslovakia as explained in Jan Kozak’s and Not a Shot is Fired book, (likely first published in the 1950s).

Put in modern terms, some of the outlined steps are:

  1. Overcoming patriotism (and attacking the culture).
  2. Isolating the Bourgeoisie (the middle class, racist capitalist pigs).
  3. Nationalizing the Economy.
  4. Using Power to Silence Opposition.
  5. Use of Protests, Demonstrations, and Strikes (demand collective ownership, punish the rich, disband the police).
  6. Undermining Political Opposition (and coordinate friendly politicians with the ground troops on the street as in top down/bottom up).
  7. Promote the “Democratic Way to Socialism.”
  8. From Democracy, to Socialism, to Marxism.

There should be zero question about whether or not we are seeing this implemented today by the far left. Even most of the language has stayed the same (although who says Bourgeoisie these days?).

This really should not be a surprise. Certainly there are legitimate protestors and reasons to protest (although we shouldn’t blame all police officers because of some bad cops anymore than we can blame all minorities because of a few bad actors). And, there are looters in it just for the stuff. But beyond those, there should be no doubt that there are Marxists, plotting to take down America. We’ve talked about the 45 Communist Goals to take down America as recorded by someone I knew when I was in High School and College, Dr. W. Cleon Skousen in his book The Naked Communist. The list is worth reading. It, too, was written down in the 1950s and entered into the Congressional Record in 1963 do it is absolutely documented. You will see the infiltration methodology and efforts to undermine our patriotism, culture, and values. And you will likely be saddened by just how far our nation has fallen.

Of course, many people will point to the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the demise of the Soviet Union. We won the Cold War, right? So if that is true, how can we possibly blame external forces for the communist trends underway? Clearly this is being orchestrated. It is not spontaneous as you have been led to believe.

The truth is two-fold. First, the original seeds planted by the Soviets continued to grow even after the wall fell. Second, the domestic groups reorganized under new leadership and now look to Maoist China. Despite all the PR of the past couple of decades, China is a communist nation. And they have effectively infiltrated Hollywood, social media, the news media, our information industry, Wall Street, our defense establishment, and the US government. They also are supporters of many of the radical groups here in the United States. Trevor Loudon explained all of this in a recent episode of Economic War Room.

And, as we have shared many times, this is all part of the Unrestricted Warfare doctrine as published by the PLA in 1999. Frighteningly, the goal of what they describe as “the combination method” ends with causing social panic, street riots, and a political crisis. Exactly what we are seeing now! We’ve warned about this many times over the last decade including a couple of years ago:

“However, by using the combination method, a completely different scenario and game can occur: if the attacking side secretly (or quietly) musters large amounts of capital without the enemy nation being aware of this at all and launches a sneak attack against its financial markets, then after causing a financial crisis, buries a computer virus and hacker detachment in the opponent’s computer system in advance, while at the same time carrying out a network attack against the enemy so that the civilian electricity network, traffic dispatching network, financial transaction network, telephone communications network, and mass media network are completely paralyzed, this will cause the enemy nation to fall into social panic, street riots, and a political crisis.”

In late 2008 and early 2009, I carried the Chinese quote into briefings in the Pentagon (and to most three-letter agencies in DC) to emphasize that we were already in a global economic war and were not winning. The first shots had been fired. We were watching a sneak attack on our financial markets unfold. My colleagues and I warned that we had to prepare for on oncoming cyber war. We warned that our civilian electricity grid would come under attack. We warned that all of our infrastructure was vulnerable. And, we warned that the end game was social panic, street riots, and a political crisis. That was how America could be broken.

We knew that the Chinese blueprint for financial warfare was based on none other than George Soros as explained in Unrestricted Warfare:

“Moreover, when people revise the history books on twentieth-century warfare in the early 21st century, the section on financial warfare will command the reader’s utmost attention. The main protagonist in this section of the history book will not be a statesman or a military strategist; rather, it will be George Soros.”

The Chinese compared George Soros to a financial terrorist but seemed all too willing to follow his strategy and tactics. Of course Soros is famous for predicting street riots in America:

George Soros on the Coming U.S. Class War

Occupy Wall Street “is an inchoate, leaderless manifestation of protest,” but it will grow. It has “put on the agenda issues that the institutional left has failed to put on the agenda for a quarter of a century.”

As anger rises, riots on the streets of American cities are inevitable. “Yes, yes, yes,” he says, almost gleefully.

When we introduced this construct at the Pentagon nearly a decade ago, however, we were met with extreme skepticism. We were told that American society was far too stable for riots of this kind. Communism was beaten, they told us. There were doubts that anyone could pull off such a financial or network attack. Who would threaten us when our military was so strong?

Anyone watching the news channels knows how wrong those people in the Pentagon were. Or perhaps, they were never pro-America. After all, those I was briefing turned out to be the top military people in the Obama administration, many of whom have recently turned against President Trump. They did not want to see a threat then and they don’t want to see it today. For any doubters of the threat we face, please read Jeff Nyquist’s brilliant column, To the Americans Who Are on Their Knees. Also Jonathan Turley’s Can this American Version of the French Revolution Bring Change?

The point is this. A pandemic emerged from China and devastated the global economy. This after the 2008 financial crisis (caused in part by a financial attack) and a decade of hacking and network attacks.  And now we have social panic, street riots, and a political crisis all clearly being coordinated on a global basis. In addition we have local District Attorneys and local politicians orchestrating a stand down of law enforcement. And, we know George Soros and Michael Bloomberg have worked hard to control the local DAs across the country. Is all of this merely coincidental? Or is it all following a well-written script? There is evidence of Soros money in some of the groups.

I’ve linked to three scripts. The first, And Not a Shot Fired. The second, the 45 goals of the Communist Party. The third is Unrestricted Warfare. Maybe this would be less impressive analysis if it were done in hindsight, attempting to fit a pattern after the fact. But it isn’t. I’ve been making these very same points in this blog and books and Pentagon reports for over a decade. It is happening before our very eyes just as predicted. And, much to the dismay of the naive public, this won’t lead to freedom. It won’t even lead to anarchy. It will lead to totalitarianism. The very fascism that is so greatly feared will be the end result. And corporate America is paving the road to its own destruction. Yet, none dare call it a Communist Insurrection even though the DOJ has evidence to that effect. Antifa is a foreign-born, foreign-supported entity with designs to overthrow the US Constitution.

One other critical point. The Chinese media has taken great joy over the American racial tensions. Their state media is claiming that the people here are begging for China’s help. Look at the doctored photo side by side with the actual photo. They “photoshopped in” a Chinese flag and the “Help us China” sign.

What this shows is that in China, they are portraying the protestors as being pro-China. They are also using the protests to attack President TrumpAnd they are using the protests for their propaganda according to NPR:

Protests across the United States in the wake of George Floyd’s death have created an unlikely opportunity for China.

State TV has aired images of chaotic protest scenes during its widely watched evening news program, and offered searing commentary that has also highlighted the U.S. government’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. “American politicians must ask themselves,” one announcer said, “on what grounds do they spew their sanctimonious nonsense? Shouldn’t they ask the American people for forgiveness?”

Newspapers in China have reported on looting and rioting, and editorials have blasted the U.S. government for failing to address America’s racial inequality. On social media, officials and propagandists have trolled America with schadenfreude.

“I think the Chinese Communist propaganda apparatus is very grateful to have some burning cities in the United States right now, having had to suffer and feel deeply humiliated by the specter of Hong Kong being in a state of chaos,” says Orville Schell, director of the Asia Society’s Center for U.S.-China Relations.

By the way, it’s pretty ironic that China is crowing about our racism. China is among the more racist nations on earth as we explained in the last blog. This was made very evident during the pandemic according to African nations.

Given what we know about Chinese support of the radical groups at work here and their agenda, it seems likely that the timing of this effort is not coincidental. China was losing the world’s support on the coronavirus, human rights issues, and reneging on Hong Kong’s “one nation, two systems.” By focusing on race relations, they wanted to take attention off their failings. I’ve heard chatter that many in the movement preferred to have the unrest closer to the November election (the riots were planned months before George Floyd was tragically killed). But with what was happening in Hong Kong and U.S. efforts to delist Chinese shares, the timetable had to be moved up. And China clearly played a role.

Bottom line:  There are three elements at work in the recent protests and riots. The first is a legitimate protest over a tragic murder and long-standing equality issues. The second is criminal looting taking advantage of a bad situation. The third is a communist insurrection sponsored by the Chinese Communist Party. That is economic warfare.
